In the mysterious and surrealist interzons, somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the life of several characters is woven in a surprising and mysterious way. Students in material schools, Neg and Nazgol, will find the amount of frozen money on the ice and will try to demand it. At the same time, Massoud leads more and more corrupt tourists through the monuments and historic destinations of Winnipeg. Matthew will put an end to his insignificant work at the office of the Quebec government and will establish an enigmatic journey with his mother. The space, time and personal identities are completed, wrapped and echo by the surrealist comedy for abuse.
